Minister: Rev. Charles Martin
Charlie Martin came to ECC in January, 1996. He was born in Huntsville, Alabama and is a graduate of Phillips University (1978) and Phillips Graduate Seminary (1982). As “Chuckles” he introduced clown ministry to ECC. Epiphanies Clown Ministry has traveled and shared this special ministry far and wide on youth mission trips. Visitors to his office immediately learn he is a lifelong Alabama Crimson Tide fan. Roll Tide! He is married to Jennifer, who teaches kindergarten, sings in the church choir and is involved in the Whiz Kid Tutoring program at church. They are blessed by their two children, Emily (IUPUI graduate school) and Daniel (Transylvania University). “My favorite thing about ECC: the tremendous level of caring for others and for the church shown by so many people.”
